Take East 98th Street (Transportation Blvd.) north (exit #21 off I-480) to Midwest Avenue. Then take a left onto Midwest, NEON Material Handling is the second building on the left.
From Ohio Turnpike exit 8A:
Take I-480 East to exit 21 - East 98th Street (Transportation Blvd.)
From Ohio Turnpike exit 11:
Take I-77 North to I-480 East to exit 21 - East 98th Street (Transportation Blvd.)
From Ohio Turnpike exit 12:
Take Route 8 North to I-271 North to I-480 West to Exit 21 - East 98th St. (Transportation Blvd.)

The serial number is stamped into the frame.
This photo shows the two most common locations for serial numbers for Clark trucks built through 1994.

To identify the correct parts for your lift truck's upright including cylinder packings, chains, and roller bearings, we need the Upright Deck Number which is stamped into the front edge of the outer rail.
